Ordering & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Metros: 2–4 working days. Rest of India: 3–7 working days. You'll get a tracking link the moment we ship.
Is shipping free?
Yes — on all orders above ₹799. Below that, a flat ₹79 is added at checkout.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available across most Indian pincodes for orders up to ₹4,000.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
7 days from delivery, no questions asked. Skincare must be unopened. Clothing must be unworn with tags.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Go to your Orders page or WhatsApp us — we'll arrange a free pickup.

Are your skincare products safe for teens?
Yes. Every formula is dermat-tested and specifically designed for young, sensitive skin. Full ingredient lists are on every product page.
Where are your products made?
All skincare and clothing is manufactured in India, in partner-audited facilities.
Sizing & Fit
How do teen sizes work?
Our clothing uses standard S–XL sizing calibrated for 9–18 year olds. Every product page has a size guide with height and chest measurements.
What if the size is wrong?
Free exchange within 7 days — we'll pick up the wrong size and send the right one.
Age Appropriateness
How do I know if a product is right for my child's age?
Every product is tagged 9–11, 12–14 or 15–18. You can filter any collection by age band.
My daughter is 10 but very independent — where do I start?
The 'Starting Out' collection under Shop by Age is designed exactly for this stage.
