Not happy? We'll make it right — no awkward questions.
You can return any product within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, clothing must be unworn with tags attached, and skincare must be unopened and sealed.
To start a return, head to your order confirmation email or WhatsApp us on our support number. We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address and process the refund within 5–7 working days after the item reaches our hub.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI once we collect your account details.
